Frequently asked questions
What is the GlamBot®?
A high-speed robotic camera arm that moves around your guests while filming at a very high frame rate. Played back in slow motion, it creates the dramatic shot made famous on Hollywood red carpets.
How quickly do guests receive their film?
Each film is produced by our own AI-powered software and ready to share in about a minute. The full gallery is delivered shortly after the event.
Can the films carry our branding?
Yes. We add branded or custom overlays, so every film carries your event or brand identity.
How much space do you need?
An area at least 5 m wide, 4 m deep and 3 m high, with a level floor and access to standard power. The end of a red carpet works best.
Do you travel outside Durban?
Yes. We work across South Africa, including Johannesburg and Cape Town. Crew travel and accommodation are included in your proposal.
How do guests get their videos?
Through an instant sharing station on the night, an online gallery after the event, or both.
Is your GlamBot® genuine?
Yes. Crown Concepts is an official GlamBot® partner in South Africa and owns and operates a genuine GlamBot® robotic camera system, run by our own crew.
